Happy Halloween!

My two little tricker treaters were so cute tonight. Ali was once again the cat, which she claims that she has perfected her "Meow," and Emily was a witch.

Let me just say, 2 tricker treaters equals way - way too much candy.

Emily demonstrating her "scary eyes."

Both girls gearing up with their scary faces. We certainly can not get a smile out of Emily, but she does a mean scary face.

Ready to Trick or Treat. Emily was so excited that she got to go with Ali, Olivia and Crew.

Ali's many poses.

Little Miss Jane. When Matt was putting on Ali's nose and whiskers Emily kept freaking out for her face to be painted also. So the poor girl, being a witch and all got an ugly black wart.

The gang, minus Em ready to head out. Oliva and Crew came to Trick or Treat around our neighborhood. It was really cool this year because we were able to hit so many houses in our neighborhood without it taking forever.

Olivie, Ali, Shawn, Mason and Emily. Mason is the little boy that I babysit who lives across the driveway. He was so cute and smiley when he saw the girls tonight. I think Emily has a little crush on him.

The first door of the night. With many more to follow of course. The kids were so exhausted by the time we wrapped back around to our house. Olivia was even telling people at the door that she did not need candy because her bucket was full. Every time that we went up to a house and no one answered Ali would yell "denied." She was a good sport about it and just ran to the next lit up house. There was also a house that was all decked out with a mummy in a coffin, and a strobe light flashing on it. When the kids went up to the door the porch was pretty dark and there was a fake head hanging from the door. When the person answered he said "Happy Halloween" in a really deep voice. It totally caught Ali by surprise and she took off running off the porch. As soon as she realized it was the guy with candy she went right back up to the door.

I wish they were closer so they could come over here for some treats. Maybe when they are bigger. The costumes are really cute.
