What a Day!

This morning I was driving along on the freeway to go and sign Ali up for dance, when I all the sudden heard this loud noise. I thought that it was a helicopter and so I thought nothing of it. After we left the dance place I heard the same helicopter again, then I thought that something must be totally wrong, but the car was driving just fine so I thought nothing of it. Sure enough, when I pulled over I had a flat tire, and who knows how long I had been driving on the rim. Matt was golfing and did not take his cell phone. So our friend Mike came and changed out my tire for me. Later I learned that the tire could not be fixed so I ended up having to get two new tires today.

At least my girls were there to cheer me up!

Oh, I am sorry about your car, and funny that you would think it was a helicopter, that is totally something I would do!

You would think this would have happened on Frday, the 13th! I'm so sorry. I've driven on a flat tire before also because I had no idea I had a problem. I think I had my music too loud!

I am laughing at all the silly things your girls do and say at the side of your blog. It is a total crack up. Sue- I can just see you wanting to redo your hair. Poor Emily- Ellie would get so upset at church when she was crawling. Those dresses really get in the way. I am glad Emily found a way around it.

Oh Shannon! I am totally there with you- I just don't really have that common sense with cars. Of course Matt wasn't available. Isn't that how it always goes?
