Fun at Lagoon with the Heieie's

Last week we had so much fun with Kelly, Ryan, Abby, Kate, Danielle and Ellie. We got to do lots of fun things, one of the highligts was going to Lagoon. The girls go on the water slides over and over, I think they could really be fine doing it all day.






Rattlesnake Rapids was a total hit. All of the girls loved it, and we got drenched.






Emily is a maniac at Lagoon a Beach, she loves to go down the waterslides with us.

I don't have any pictures of her doing it yet, but it is offical. She started to do it a couple days after her first birthday. She cruises everywhere.

24th of July Parade

Ali got to be in the parade in Bountiful with her dance class. She had such a great time, and did so good. The other girl that was Ali's age cried the whole time, Ali is already asking when the next parade is going to be.

Fun on the Boat!

We finally got to go out on the boat for the first time this year last weekend. It was so much fun, the girls had a blast, and little Emily is a maniac. She would float on her back in the lake and if you would touch her she would grunt at you. Ali is hillarious and just likes to take naps when we go.

We finally got to go to Lagoon with Becky, Steve, Jadon and Miah. It was so fun for the kids to get to play together at Lagoon a Beach.

The other day when I was trying to unpack, I ran downstairs to grab something and when I came back up this is what I found.

Today was Ali's 4th Birthday. We had a little party with everyone for cake and ice cream. She was absolutely delighted to have friends coming over to her new house. She kept asking me when her customers would be here. She says her favorite gift was the car puzzles. I find it so funny why she is so obsessed with Cars. She had such a fun party with everyone, the minute that we left the house after everyone left, her and Emily fell asleep.

Happy 1st Birthday Emily!

Today Emily is 1 year old. I can't even believe how fast this year has gone. We celebrated Em's birthday on Saturday because we are moving today for her real birthday. She had such a fun time with everyone and especially loves the little baby doll from Peggy and Leo. She chews on the poor babies arm. Thanks to everyone that came over to party with us. We had a blast.






After her party, she was eating dinner and fell asleep after three bites.


We also went to Lagoon A Beach for a little birthday fun. She loves the water and floating around the lazy river.

Water Fun!

Last week we were having a fun time playing out on the deck. I had never let Emily be down on the deck because I was worried that she would get splinters, but after her fighting me with tooth and nail, I caved. She loved it and she now wants to live outside.

What a Day!

This morning I was driving along on the freeway to go and sign Ali up for dance, when I all the sudden heard this loud noise. I thought that it was a helicopter and so I thought nothing of it. After we left the dance place I heard the same helicopter again, then I thought that something must be totally wrong, but the car was driving just fine so I thought nothing of it. Sure enough, when I pulled over I had a flat tire, and who knows how long I had been driving on the rim. Matt was golfing and did not take his cell phone. So our friend Mike came and changed out my tire for me. Later I learned that the tire could not be fixed so I ended up having to get two new tires today.

At least my girls were there to cheer me up!

Emily is into TROUBLE!

The other day I was doing dishes and Emily was playing on the other side of the bar by her toys. It got really quiet and so I went to see where she was. She had climbed up into the toy box and was just sitting there all proud of herself with her gut hanging out and her big pork chops showing.


Pardon the mess. My mother did not want me to put this on the blog. We took the cupboard off because she is getting them redone and she is really embarrased about it.
