We had such a great Easter. Matt had to work so he slept most of the day, but we woke hime up to see what the easter bunny had brought the kiddies then he went back to sleep. Ali was so disapointed that the Easter bunny did not bring her candy this year. We did prizes instead of candy. She got a Princess Scooter and some little crafty things. Emily got some bongo drums that she can crawl after and dance to the music.
Emily was thoroughly happy watching Ali run around like a mad woman as long as she was holding an Easter egg.
Ali got a bubble blower gun that blows out a gazillion bubbles all at once. It is really neat, I think that I am going to have to take it over for myself.
While we were playing outside, I noticed a fuzzy thing crawling on the driveway. I had no idea what it was because I had never seen one before. Matt died laughing at me and told me it was a caterpillar. It was beautiful. It had really thick fur all over, it looked like it would be really soft, but it was kind of poky. Ali had fun with it and was amazed that it could crawl up the front porch steps.

Looks like a great day! I wish I had done prizes instead of candy. My kids were WILD! That's funny you've never seen a caterpillar. I don't think I've ever seen one that big, though. Cute pictures. I can't believe how big Emily is getting. It goes too fast!
