Emily is Laughing!

The past couple of days Emily has totally been laughing. The funny thing is that she will only do it when we are in the car. We try so hard to get her to do it when we are inside and we can video it, but she just refuses. Matt is jealous because he is always driving and I am in the back so he can't see her when she is doing it. What am I going to do about that hair. It stands staight up as soon as it dries, and then there is nothing that can be done about it.
